Google User Data

• Google Calendar: We access your calendar events to provide features such as scheduling appointments and managing your calendar through the Paiper app.
• Google Sheets: We access your Google Sheets data to allow integration with Paiper for form responses and data storage.
• Google Drive: We access files in your Google Drive to manage and store data as part of our service, such as documents related to forms or reports.
• Google Profile: We collect profile data, such as your name and email address, to provide authentication and personalization features.

Data Sharing

We do not share or transfer your Google user data (calendar events, Google Sheets data, Google Drive files, or profile information) to third parties, except for trusted Service Providers who process your data on our behalf to provide necessary app features. These Service Providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

Data Retention

Your Google user data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account or revoke Google access, your data will be deleted from our systems in accordance with our internal data deletion policies. Specifically:

• Calendar events: Retained for as long as necessary to fulfill scheduling purposes.
• Google Sheets and Google Drive data: Retained as part of the app's functionality and deleted upon account deletion or revocation of access.
• Profile data: Retained as long as needed for authentication and service use.

Data Deletion

You can delete your Google user data (including calendar events, Google Sheets data, and Google Drive files) by requesting account deletion through our app’s settings or by contacting support at humberto@paiperapps.com. You can also revoke our app’s access to your Google account (including Google Calendar, Sheets, and Drive) directly from your Google account settings.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
